James H. Wick, Attorney

Jim Wick has been practicing law since 1973. Jim founded Wick & Maddocks in 1980. Jim graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1973. Jim concentrates his practice in real estate law and transactions, however, Jim continues to handle a variety of other types of legal matters.

Jeffrey J. Wick, Attorney

Jeff Wick has been practicing law with Wick & Maddocks since 2003. Jeff concentrates his practice in real estate law and transactions; elder law; wills, trusts and estate planning; probate and trust administration; and general commercial, business and corporate law and transactions. Prior to joining Wick & Maddocks, Jeff was an investment professional in venture capital in New York City. Jeff received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Boston University. Jeff is also a graduate of the University of Vermont with a BA in English and History. Additionally, Jeff teaches Business Law at Champlain College and is a member of the City of Burlington’s Retirement Board. Jeff has served on a variety of boards and commissions including, for example, the City of Burlington’s Airport Commission, the City of Burlington’s Board of Tax Appeals, the Boys and Girls Club of Burlington, and the Ethan Allen Club. Jeff coaches youth baseball, youth hockey, and loves the piano. Jeff is married to Elzy Wick and they have three children.
